Ms office Outlook Email client backup

Go to start menu, open All program then find Ms.office click on it then search Ms office Outlook 2007 click on it

Select yes and select next

Select INTERNET email then select next

Select manually configure server settings or additional server types then select next 

Here give your username , email address make account type as pop3 , incoming mail server should be pop.gmail.com

And now outgoing mail server (SMTP) should be smtp.gmail.com

Then put your user name and password and then go for more settings to configure internet email settings

Now here move to outgoing server and click My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication and move to advanced

Here click on , This server requires an encrypted connection (SSL)

There you will get to see that incoming server pop3 changes to 995

And here you have to change outgoing server SMTP to 465

Put SSL for encrypted connection after all click ok

Now click on test account settings if it is done correctly then it will show a pop as

Close it when it's done with no errors

Now open gmail ID which you had entered in all the above figure and you will have a mail with Review blocked sign in attempt open that , there will be one blue link allowing access to less secure app click on that, there will be next page

Now click on allow access
